1. General Terms
2.1 All products and services are delivered by E-Com LTD electronically from the 'Order history' page in your user profile.
2.2 E-Com LTD is not responsible for any technological delays beyond our control.
2.3 Guest users will be provided a unique link in their email to access the 'Order history' page. If your spam blocker blocks our emails from reaching you or you do not provide a valid email address you may not be able access to purchases.
3.1 E-Com LTD does not process any order payments through the website. All payments are processed securely through PayPal, third party online payment providers. Feel free to contact us about our security policies.
4.1 You have 30 days to inspect your purchase and to determine if it does not meet with the expectations laid forth by the seller. In the event that you wish to receive a refund, send a message to the seller stating how the product failed to live up to expectations. If seller agrees and accepts the refund, E-Com LTD will review and initiate the refund within 7 working days.
4.2 In case of a dispute between buyer and seller, E-Com LTD will take the ultimate decision of the refund requests.
5.1 Ownership of the product is governed by the usage license selected by the seller.
