This module integrates a fully-fledged online contract withdrawal function with your shop – designed to meet the requirements of EU Directive 2023/2673. Consumers can withdraw from a contract directly in the shop via a two-step procedure, whilst the trader manages all matters centrally via the admin panel. A solution for shops selling to consumers in the European Union that require a legally compliant, documented and verifiable contract withdrawal process.
